FutuRéale Contributors FormsArticle Submissions The author of the article must complete the content release form for every article submitted. The form is available on this page. The author of the article accepts our terms & conditions outlined in the form and acknowledges that content is authentic and original. Photo & Artwork Submissions The standard content release form must be submitted alongside each submission, but not each individual piece submitted. Review Submissions The standard content release form must be submitted alongside each submission. If materials are being borrowed for the review from FutuRéale archives, you must submit the item loan form prior to removing the content from FutuRéale’s archives. Podcast / Videocast Feature In order to publish your podcast or videocast, we must obtain a completed video/pod cast content release form. Photography Contest Entry If you are participating in our photography contest, you must submit one photo-contest submission form per entry. Restaurant Review Requisition The request to have your restaurant reviewed form is available here. Please understand we get several of these requests during peak periods and do not guarantee that we will review your restaurant. FutuRéale will contact only applicants who will be reviewed. |
